Job Overview

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Respond to players via live chat & emails
  • Document and delegate in-game bugs and other issues
  • Troubleshoot new issues directly with our players
  • Interact with various departments (VIP, marketing…) to improve gameplay for players
  • Extra tasks upon request (call campaigns, translations…)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Candidate Profile
  • Passion for Customer Service
  • Solid writing and communication skills to NATIVE level in French & English
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of gaming
  • Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
