Job Overview
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to players via live chat & emails
- Document and delegate in-game bugs and other issues
- Troubleshoot new issues directly with our players
- Interact with various departments (VIP, marketing…) to improve gameplay for players
- Extra tasks upon request (call campaigns, translations…)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Candidate Profile
- Passion for Customer Service
- Solid writing and communication skills to NATIVE level in French & English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of gaming
- Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
