Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Support and service representative to join our office in Limassol. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is experienced in the forex industry and is keen to advance his/her career.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Dealing directly with clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
  • Assisting with the process of obtaining client documentation
  • Handling calls and incoming requests from clients
  • Coordinating with the sales team and other relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  • Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
  • Support and assisting clients with their trades and MT4 platform
Candidate Profile
  • Fluent English – written & verbal
  • Customer service oriented
  • Conversion or Retention experience at least for 6 months it’s a must
  • Excellent communication skills– written & verbal
  • Previous experience in the Forex industry
  • Prior experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge of MT4 platform
  • IT literate preferably Microsoft Office
