Polish Customer Support (native)

Brainrocket is growing tremendously and we continue to conquer new countries! Now we’re looking for a skilled Polish CS Agent to join our team on a full-time basis.

 

‍✅ Requirements:

✔️ Excellent written and verbal Polish and English skills

✔️ Analytical skills

✔️ Ability to work in multitasking environment

✔️ Experience working with customer support would be a plus.

 

✅ Duties and opportunities:

✔️ Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails

✔️ Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers

✔️ Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints

✔️ Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
