Job Description
- Diagnose and treat simple or complex technical problems, in order to successfully restore them accurately and within a timely fashion
- Coordination and frequent communication with the Technical Officer
- Detailed repair work and after service quality control
- Provide customers with frequent updates on the flow of fault repair
- Provide exceptional customer service through an efficient and high-quality repair service
Candidate Profile
- Adequate software knowledge in iOS, Android and Windows operating environments
- Good knowledge of hardware and experience in equipment repairs
- Previous service in a similar position
- Customer service oriented and ability to handle issues effectively
- Strong work ethic within a team and ability to work well with minimum supervision
- Possibility of continuous adaptation and availability of learning new technologies
- Monitoring of the latest technologies and repair technics
- Knowledge of software upgrade and installation on mobile devices and/or computers
- Experience knowledge of repairs of mobile devices and/or computers
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written & oral)
