Job Overview
Our client, an Insurance Company is looking to hire a Junior Technical Support Engineer for their team in Limassol. The company as a clear, transparent and strict working environment with high quality standards and lots of opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities:
Install and configure computer systems
Diagnose and solve hardware & software faults
Participate in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate record of hardware and software
Provide daily support to requests over the telephone and email for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals
Act as a liaison and coordinator of all IT related vendors
Act as a liaison and coordinator of all maintenance vendors (Generator, Air-Conditioners, Lifts, Electricians, etc.)
Physically monitor services provided by all vendors
Travel to company branches; island-wide, in order to provide support, when and if required
Undertake small projects
Requirements:
Technical School Leaving Certificate with concentration in Information Technology
University degree in a related filed will be considered an advantage
Hardware and peripherals knowledge
Networking & Cisco Telephony knowledge, CCNA Certification will be considered an advantage
Windows Server 2008 configuration
Experience in a similar position
Fluency in Greek and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be flexible and adaptable
Willing to learn new technologies and techniques
Located in Limassol or willing to move to Limassol
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem solving skills are required for success
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8-6 and 9-5 on weekly rotation basis with each other
Salary based on skills and experience +medical insurance + discounts + 13th and 14th salary
