In a nutshell, as our Support Engineer, you will be chiefly responsible for responding to customers’ requests for technical support.
Requirements, Qualifications & Attributes:
We’re looking for someone who has a degree in IT or Computer Science, or a related field.
Having a great understanding of customer care is vitally important.
Super-strong English verbal and written skills are essential, which means you must be fluent in English.
As a support engineer, problem-solving will be one of your main responsibilities, so we’re looking for someone who has strong problem-solving skills.
This isn’t a standard 9-6 role, so you’re going to have to be flexible and open to working with shifts.
Being able to understand the business needs of our clients is key.
Do you have a passion for working with technology and finding out what the latest web trends are? We’re looking for a support engineer who’s like this.
Having worked for a Forex broker is also a plus.
Medical Insurance is offered upon end of the probation period (1 year). The company covers 50% of the cost.
Flexi time; the employee can use the flexi time that is offered, when needed. This applies as follows:
30min at the start of the workday may be shifted at the end of the workday. Meaning that instead of 8:30am the employee if needed, may come to the office any time between 8:30am. – 9:00am. That time needs to be covered at the end of the day.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 1:00pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm, Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm and 1:30pm to 3:00pm
