Job Overview

Our client is a CySEC licensed FX Company and they are looking to hire a Customer Support Officer to join the team based in Limassol

Responsibilities:
Dealing with clients’ inquiries via telephone, email and live chat
Inputting details of all inquiries, comments and complaints, evaluation of all relevant information to handle inquiries appropriately and professionally
Assisting new clients with account opening processes and with company’s KYC procedures
Providing clients with all relevant information regarding the website, promotions and products, updates, special offers etc.
Communication of correct and relevant information to clients at all times
Communication and coordination with other departments
Responding promptly to all departmental inquiries

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional spoken languages will be considered an advantage
Education Degree in Finance will be considered an advantage
CySEC Certification will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with an ability to hold composure under stressful situations and environment
Dynamic, self-motivated, hardworking, polite individual that is eager to learn and self improve
Computer literate: CRM, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with knowledge and experience in using trading applications and various trading software is an advantage
1+ year experience in a Customer Support position in a FX company
