Service Manager (IT and Service Department)

Job Overview

Job Description:

– Manage service coverage in Cyprus for various brands.

– Asbis Kypros service center administration

– Identify target customers, develop and implement sales of IT services (e.g. IT Maintenance agreements).

– Asbis Kypros partners, retailers service support

– RMA parts claims and inventory management via vendors/suppliers

– Spare parts inventory management

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related subject
  • Work experience of 2 years in Telecommunication companies on service management positions.
  • Strong computer technical skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at different phases of implementation and drive to results in timely and top quality manner
  • Highly dynamic, self-starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of the company.
  • Fluency in English, Greek
