Our client, one of the largest accounting and advisory organization in Cyprus, are looking for a motivated Secretary to join their Team in Limassol.
Typing, preparing, filing the documents and forms
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Maintaining archive of documents and handling confidential document ensuing are remain secure
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Liaising with relevant organizations, authorities.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Monitor office supplies
Filling out forms for the Cyprus Company Registry and other authorities
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Proven experience of 2-3 years as secretary or similar administrative role, preferably in an Audit Firm.
Proficient in MS Office and work with office equipment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Integrity and confidentiality
Fluent in English and Greek
Salary from 900 to 1,100 euros gross per month plus excellent benefits including: 13 Salaries, Provident Fund and Medical Scheme
