MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage from concept, to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally product end of life
  • Manage and implement marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation
  • Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers
  • Defining and supporting the overall strategy and requirements, running product design working groups and engaging in project delivery efforts run by the relevant IT teams
  • Building business cases by identifying target markets and appropriate products, and determining revenue potential
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
  • Initiating product adjustments as necessary to ensure that the product continues to meet its stated goals
  • Engaging with internal teams and external associates/clients to develop innovative, market leading products that meet their needs
  • Excel, JIRA project management tool

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Educated to either BSc/MSc Degree level or the equivalent in Finance, Computer Science or in a related field
  • Previous experience in product management, business development, payment systems
  • Practical understanding of the IT platforms and web interfaces, recommend best practices, advantages, limitations, trends
  • Ability to operate on global markets and learn local market trends and preferences
  • Ability to operate and manage a multicultural and geographically distributed team
  • Strong analytical skills, logical analysis and strategic planning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Result driven, with ability to overcome challenges, prioritize work effectively and act proactively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent Russian and English is a must
