Job Overview

Our client, a fast-growing property development company in Limassol, is expanding and is therefore looking for a Credit Controller.

Responsibilities:
Following up payments as needed
Responding to relevant client enquiries
Contacting customers by telephone and email, ensuring payments are made on time within agreed payment terms
Working closely with accounting team and bank institutions
Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
Review overdue receivables and take appropriate action
Preparation of cash flow reports as needed
Providing administrative support to the team as required
Communicating regularly with the accounting team, after sales team and lawyers to resolve any issues

Requirements:
Proficient in English and Russian languages, both spoken and written is a must, Greek language will be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS office software.
Excellent knowledge of at least one accounting software (SAP Business One is preferable)
University or college degree in accounting and/or a comparative experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines.

The working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-17:30 with lunch break 13:00-14:00

Salary 1,300 Euros gross + 13th month
