Job Overview

This Investment Company (an in-house administrator for the corporate department, only for companies of their group) in Limassol is looking for a Corporate Administrator with good Russian and English skills.

Responsibilities:
Handling and Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the corporate department
Incorporating companies, completion and filing of company forms
Communication with the Registrar of Companies, lawyers and other institutions on a daily basis
Reviewing and drafting of directors and shareholders’ minutes and resolutions,
Powers of Attorneys and other corporate documents
Very good awareness of the AML compliance requirements and able to apply relevant judgement and such requirements in practice
Handling client due diligence for corporate and trust structures
Support in the development and implementation of the firm’s compliance regime
Maintaining legal and administrative files for all clients (KYC/ corporate files)
Daily update records; hardcopies, softcopies, expenses
Bank accounts opening and Bank instructions preparation and execution
Assist management with any internal reporting requirements

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Services Sector as a Corporate Administrator
University Degree in Business Administration, Legal Field or Economics
Computer literate and familiar with Word and Excel
Fluency in Russian
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Good Knowledge of Greek Language (written & spoken)
Organisational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
Communication and teamwork skills
High sense of confidentiality

The working hours are from 9am – 6pm with 1-hour lunch break

Salary of up to 2K net plus 13th salary’
