Russian-Speaking Call Center Agents
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a reputable electronic money institution with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to establish a card-issuing Call Center and are therefore seeking to recruit enthusiastic and hard-working Russian-Speaking Call Center Agents to join this exciting new department. The successful applicants must be fluent in both English & Russian and possess excellent communication skills.
- Performing a full range of client service-oriented telephone and e-mail support activities (including card support call-centre, Internet Banking Help desk).
- Handling client questions/queries via email.
- Performing various operational duties as deemed necessary.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Help improving client satisfaction, strengthening client commitment, ensuring client retention.
- Fluency in English and Russian is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer support will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- Ability to multitask.
- Basic Computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and availability to work overtime when/if required.
