Job Overview

Our client is a Real Estate Agency based in Paphos and they are looking to hire a Real Estate Administrator to join their sales team based in Paphos.

Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Display and market properties to possible buyers
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Communicate with real estate agents, corporate service providers or other channels for promoting different projects
Assess clients’ needs and financial situations to propose solutions that suit them
Display and market property to potential buyers
Follow up with any enquiries in a timely manner
Promote sales through proactive business development and marketing initiatives
All administrative tasks regarding the functions of the role

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
Ideally educated to degree level in Business, Real Estate or related field.
Solid and demonstrable previous experience in Real Estate Sales is essential.
Power point presentation skills, acquainted with digital social media promotion
Excellent knowledge in excel
Have a strong command of English, Russian, Greek both verbal and written
Ability to work independently, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Eligible to work freely in Cyprus with no visa restrictions
Strong work ethics
Good multitasking

Salary up to 1,000 EUR gross based on experience plus 13th salary plus commissions based on sales
