Personal Assistant (PA)


Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties. A personal assistant who exhibits excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a similar role. This person must be intuitive to the needs of the employer and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Arranging the day-to day commitments, meetings , appointments and invitations
  • Follow-up and remind of things to be done
  • Answering incoming & outgoing phone calls, screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing e-mails & courier and other correspondence.
  • Safekeeping of confidential documents and maintaining complete filing system.
  • Preparation of various events.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels.
  • Any other duties and tasks as per request.



  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar post.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Problem solving Skills
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professional discretion.
  • Effective written and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in Greek & English.
