Job Overview

Our client a Financial Services Provider which offers different solutions mainly to the Forex industry, is seeking to recruit a Payroll Officer in Limassol. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Payroll role, if experience in FX is a major advantage. This is a great opportunity to join a team of professionals!


  • Assist in the preparation and calculation of the monthly payroll
  • Calculate bonuses and allowances
  • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Collect, calculate, and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this


  • Degree in Business or Finance or any other relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Payroll Officer role
  • Experience in the FX industry is a major advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office Excel is a must
  • Experience in handling large amount of data
  • Exposure in remuneration policies
  • Experience in the field of payroll will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in the English language, oral and written
  • Self-motivated, energetic with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
