Operations Executive VAC-19165T
Our client, an IT services provider in Limassol, is looking for an Operations Executive to ensure the smooth running of the company’s operations through the provision of timely acquisitions and deliveries, and accurate record keeping
To attend to all customer queries and accounts resolve them in a satisfactory manner that will assure loyalty and customer satisfaction.
To act as the liaison between sales department, customer and internal parties/other departments for correct and complete information gathering, project closure and coordination.
To assist Sales team with internal procedures; including and not limited to; 1) advising on solutions, 2) attending meetings, 3) internal communication and coordination, 4) assisting in the preparation of Sales Offers.
To coordinate with other departments to assure priority of pending cases
Liaison and Support during implementation/installation phase.
Able to support the products and services as well as explain them to customers
Preparation of product offers to customer’s for Satcom related equipment on request from customer and after approval from immediate line manager
Internal Implementation of The Company’s products and services through various departments (support, accounts, sales)
Responsible of coordinating and directing service attendance for the implementation and installation of The Company’s related products and services
To arrange logistics for the delivery of The Company’s products and services
To confer with customers by phone or in person to deal with service requests matters
To assure responses are within the timelines described and agreed upon
To work within defined systems and processes. In addition, to suggest improvements in specific work area. These include but are not limited to:
– Completion of implementation sales orders for internal circulation
– Completion of SAF documents and process
To identify improvements and propose solutions to problems within own work unit with the approval of immediate Line manager
To invite innovative alternatives to existing procedures in line with company’s policies and standard operating procedures, within the sphere of Operations
To offer suggestions for a solution to a problem or customer request or provide information that may help for a solution to be found
To report to the Operations Manager any alarming complaint and identify factors that may be leading to inefficient performance
To assist in drafting policy statements within own sphere of professional expertise
To communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work
To create and update assigned reports and presentations.
To deal with any other operational matters that may arise
Diploma in Maritime Studies or other Business-Related Studies
IT knowledge or Shipping knowledge
At least 2 years’ experience in Purchasing/Procurement
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent command of English and Greek
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
Planning and Organizing
Teamwork – able to actively contribute to an effective, collegial, and agreeable team environment.

The company is offering a salary based on skills and experience plus 13th salary and provident fund at 6% and medical coverage after the probation period
The working hours are 8h30-17h30 with 1-hour lunch break
