Office Manager – Forex – Limassol – Ref#588
Job Overview
On behalf of our client we are recruiting an Office Manager to join an established Forex company based in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an Administration or Office Management role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a company who believes in building long term relationships.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Responsible of employee’s access control
- Assist with event organization
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Provide general support to visitors
- Keep the reception area tidy
- Travel organization
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Administration or any other relevant field
- At least 1 year of experience in an Administrator or Office Manager within the Forex industry
- Experience organizing events
- Advanced level of MS Office and PCs management
- Fluency in English
- Additional languages will be a plus
- Communicational and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability
- Organization
- Able to deal with unexpected situations
- Time management
- Assertive and afraid to speak her mind
