Job Description
This is an account at our Client, that provides daily excellent player satisfaction with console or account queries.
Working hours are Sunday-Thursday – between 10:30 – 19:00.
Work At Home option (Training included – 2-3 days for induction)
Fixed salary + bonus
Relocation package (paid airline ticket + paid company apartment for one month)
Agent’s Duties
Agents’ duties are to answer players’ phone calls as well as answering e-mails, related to their console/network query’s. Customer service at a high level required.
You will assist players/users in Hebrew so that means you speak Hebrew on a fluent level, both orally and in writing.
Candidate Profile
- Eu-passport/valid work permit visa for Cyprus
- Experience with customer service
- Familiar with video games is a big plus
