Job Overview

Our client is a CySec Regulated Forex Broker with offices in Limassol and they are looking to recruit a Head of Customer Support to join the team.

If you are currently working as a team lead within the support department and looking to take the next step up or already working as a head of department and looking for new opportunities

Responsibilities:
Manage a team to improve customer service experience and increase client engagement
Take control of handling customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Tailor the client communication plan with a special emphasis on clarity and consistency
Develop Customer Support and service procedures, policies and standards
Apply and evolve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to continuously improve employee engagement
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports

The ideal candidate should have:
Relevant experience at least 1 year as Team Lead or Head of the department (FX Customer Support)
Experience of leading a team
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Ability to think strategically
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
Additional languages will be an advantage

Salary of 1800 Euros gross (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
+ Medical Insurance.

Working hours
Monday to Friday standard 9:00am to 6:00pm (no shift work)
