Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an online supplier of medical and laboratory equipment, we are seeking to recruit a Data Entry Clerk to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant administration experience and possess excellent communication skills in English. Our client is willing and able to consider both Part & Full-Time hours for this position.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
  • Data entry into SAGE accounting system.
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields on the website.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors.
  • Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents.
  • Manage and organize records and files.
  • Prepare relevant reports as needed.
  • Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist the accounting department with orders, customer monthly dues, monthly supplier payment.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • University Degree in a related field.
  • At least 1+ years experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
  • Familiar with accounting systems with be considered an advantage.
