Customer Support Specialist (German-Speaking) (4870)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established CySEC Licensed Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The successful applicant will be fluent on both German and English and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Although ideally an office based role, our client is also open to the concept of remote working for this vacancy.
- Responding to client requests via Tel, Email & Live Chat.
- Process KYC verification to set standards (Training provided).
- Maintaining client records.
- Possibility of working remotely.
- Other admin support duties as required.
- Higher education will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in German & English (Written & Spoken) is a must.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Any previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
- PC Literate (Microsoft Office etc…)
- Punctual, hardworking and reliable.
