Job Overview

Our client, a CYSEC Regulated German Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire Customer Support Officers speaking Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic.

The group is one of Europe’s leading financial institutions specialising in Forex/CFDs trading.

Job Description:
Provide support to customers via email, live chat and phone.
Offer support to the sales department.
Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time.
Provide high quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account .
General daily administration of the Sales Team.

Requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Previous experience of working in a customer relations or customer support position within the FX industry Business fluency in the English language and in one of the following languages: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, Arabic.
Excellent writing skills.
Good time management skills.
Ability to prioritise.
Initiative to respond immediately with professional manner.
