Our client, active in the world of Fintech, is looking for professionals who can bring new perspectives and values to their teams in Limassol, Cyprus. The Customer Support Officer will be required to provide excellent customer service to clients, whilst enhancing their trading experience with the company. The position is only for candidates available and willing to work on a rotational shift.

Job Description

  • Assisting clients worldwide through live support chat
  • Replying to e-mails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records, and liaising with appropriate departments
  • Handling Back office queries
  • Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Dealing with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
  • Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader Platforms
  • Liaising with all departments to resolve issues
  • Liaising with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
  • Providing relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for becoming a client

Your profile

  • Excellent command of the English language plus one or more of the following is mandatory: Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, Indonesian
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of MT4 and /or MT5 Platforms will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Availability and willingness to work on the night shifts is mandatory
