Job Overview

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an innovative e-commerce business with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Success Officer to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable background in business development and client services and possess outstanding communication skills.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients.
  • Ensure conversion of registered users and retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals through using the system.
  • Proactively approach new prospects and convert them to users.
  • Build trust relationships with the accounts under your management.
  • Promotion of paid services.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Educated to degree level in Business or related field.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience is a must.
  • Target driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in customer success and outbound proactive calls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; Any additional languages including Russian, Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese will be considered an advantage.
  • Detail oriented and analytical.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
