Customer Success Officer (4813)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an innovative e-commerce business with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Customer Success Officer to join their expanding team of professionals based in Limassol. The successful applicant will have a demonstrable background in business development and client services and possess outstanding communication skills.
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients.
- Ensure conversion of registered users and retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
- Aid clients in achieving their goals through using the system.
- Proactively approach new prospects and convert them to users.
- Build trust relationships with the accounts under your management.
- Promotion of paid services.
- Educated to degree level in Business or related field.
- Previous sales and customer service experience is a must.
- Target driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in customer success and outbound proactive calls.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must; Any additional languages including Russian, Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese will be considered an advantage.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
