Our client a Cysec regulated Forex Broker based in Paphos are currently recruiting for an energetic individual to join our team in the position of Customer Service Representative

The purpose of the role is to follow up on pending withdrawals and try to close them as quickly as possible and to chase clients for missing documents.

The ideal candidate will be good computer skills, a great telephone manner and a good command of written and spoken English in order to effectively communicate with existing clients. The ideal candidate will stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:
Closing pending withdrawals as quickly as possible
Assist clients with the investor questionnaire close the withdrawal
Obtain missing documents from clients and verify account information
Update information on the company CRM

Skills & Experience:
English Language Skill [Written and Verbal] Other languages consider an advantage German/Spanish
Good computer skills with working knowledge of Word/Excel/CRM packages
Proven customer support experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Professional work ethic, positive attitude, can-do-approach, attention to detail and willing to go that extra mile to get the job done

Basic Salary: €1,250 – €1,500 based on experience

Working hours : Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00 [9 hour shift]
