Customer Service Representative VAC-19051N
Our client is an international company and they are the world’s largest supplier of made to order oil paintings and they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Cyprus based team to work remotely from home.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat and ticket system.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
Data entry in various platforms.
Social Media/ FaceBook posting, basic image editing and simple graphic design
Talking to people and proactively solving issues and ultimatley converting customers into passionate customers.
At least 3 – 5 years’ of relevant work experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
Excellent level of English and any other language will be considered an advantage
Previous eCommerce experience doing customer support via email, live chat and phone.
Experience with Zendesk or another customer support ticket system will be considered an advantage.
Art enthusiast or some previous experience or background with art or artists.
1200 EUR per month net for day shift (8 hours) or 1400 EUR net per month for night shift.
Ability to be working from home.
