Our client is a CySec licensed FX Company and they are looking to hire a Corporate & Banking Administrator to join the team based in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Opening of the Corporate and Client Accounts with banks, EMIs and PSPs
Preparing a summaries, presenting the business successfully to local and international financial institutions
Assisting in developing relationships with new financial institutions, obtain information required to open accounts and develop the process
Maintaining financial institutions database
Collect and check that all necessary corporate documents are correct and appropriately signed
Acquire corporate documents from the Registrar of Companies in Cyprus or other jurisdictions
Assisting with certification, apostil and legalization of corporate documents
Document flow including dispatch of documents via international/local couriers
Support company’s secretarial requirements, including record management and filings

Requirements:
Previous experience in the corporate services sector
Previous experience in opening bank accounts would be considered an advantage
Strong command of written and spoken English is essential
Computer literate using MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
Pro-active with strong organizational, administration and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary up to 1,800 EUR gross based on experience plus benefits
