Job Overview

Our client, a Corporate Services Company in Limassol is looking to employ an experienced Corporate Administrator

Responsibilities:
Undertaking and overseeing the formation, administration and dissolution of companies in Cyprus and offshore jurisdictions
Ongoing corporate administration work and maintaining of corporate files
Preparation of Company Registration forms
Prepare, review and amend Memorandum & Articles, Corporate Contracts, resolutions, power of attorneys and other documents
Bank Account Openings: Preparation, submission and liaising with banks (local and international) from application to account opening stage as well as handling ongoing bank reviews
Reviewing of KYC due diligence to comply with the firm’s procedures and the relevant Law and regulations
Providing administrative support to lawyers
Provide legal assistance to other departments in the Company
Organising and attending the client meeting

Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in a similar position within a law firm or a Corporate Service Company
Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law and overall knowledge of the legal framework regulating or relating to Cyprus companies, Anti Money Laundering Regulations
Fluent in Greek and English is mandatory
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel
Knowledge of Patsoft corporate software will be considered an advantage
Communication skills
Ability to word under pressure to meet deadlines
Well organised

Salary of 1,300 – 1,600 Euros gross X 13 months

The working hours are 8:30 – 18:00 Monday to Thursday with 1-hour break and Friday 8:30 – 14:30.
