Job Overview

Our client, a Financial Services Company located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Corporate Administrator.

Responsibilities:
Managing portfolio of clients including liaison with the clients on daily basis, consulting, execution of various clients’ requests
Preparation of various corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, agreement, powers of attorneys, registers, letters etc.)
Attend any board meetings when needed
Working with Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver, including preparation of HE forms and necessary applications
Maintain registers of the company as required under the provisions of the relevant companies legislation and update the records held by the company in relation to clients/legal entities
Reviewing, amending, commenting to various documents subject for execution by legal entities of the customers
Assist with and all operations of corporate department
Liaison with local and foreign banks with regard to various matters; opening and closing of bank accounts
Compliance work in accordance with KYC procedures of the office
Appointment as nominee
Draft, review and submit all relevant and necessary compliance reports in line with the ASP requirements of the company and overall assist with any CySEC compliance/AML requirements
Work and liaise with any other departments within the company
Arrange for the execution of incorporations, re- domiciliation’s, change of service providers, liquidations etc
Reconciliations of client bank accounts
Translation of legal documents
Performing other administrative duties on request.

The official working hours are 39 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 1:30 pm -6:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
