Job Description

  • Office administration (preparation of cover letters/ courier packages/order stationery, cleaning products, etc.)
  • Answering phones
  • Completion of bank forms under supervision
  • Collection of KYC and updating of the KYC files under supervision
  • Keeping all the files in order
  • Preparation and handling matters with Registrar of Companies in Cyprus or abroad in accordance with compliance regulations within the group
  • Preparation, review, and execution of documents (agreements, resolutions, etc.) under supervision

Your profile

  • Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar position
  • College/University degree
  • Excellent Greek and English skills (written and spoken), additional languages are welcomed
  • Familiarity with office organization
  • EU citizen and/or able to work in Cyprus
  • Computer skills required (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Able to work in an international environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Responsible
