Chief Marketing Officer (Forex) VAC-19254M
One of our clients in Limassol, a CySEC regulated Forex Company, is looking for a Greek and English speaking CMO, to join the continuous growing team. The successful candidate must be skilled in combining in-depth technological, marketing and financial knowledge and expertise, locally and globally.
Develop and monitor the full cycle of company’s marketing activities, either online or offline planning strategies.
Conduct market research in order to identify current SEO and Digital Marketing trends for potential and strategical initiatives and produce relevant reports.
Provide innovative suggestions and recommendations in order to achieve company’s current market growth and/or expansion in new markets.
Handle and forecast all budgetary aspects for company’s marketing activities.
Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
Oversee all affiliate campaigns
Oversee and Coordinate all company’s objectives, product development, brand standards and consumer needs in order to ensure efficiency and profitability on ROI at all times.
Demonstrate strategic expertise and deeply understanding of the functionality across both Financial and Fintech services.
Create, Plan and monitor company’s SEO strategy and analyze metrics and results by setting up SEO KPIs accordingly.
Build and monitor a strong content strategy across company’s social Media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Blogs) to ensure engagement at all times.
Design, run and drive the implementation across different channels of all company’s Sponsorships, PR, Press Releases, Promotional activities in order to ensure its uniqueness.
Identify seasonal or quarterly needs and set goals as needed for penetrating competition.
Collaborate closely with other Departments across the organization when necessary.
Plan and strengthen the company’s brand awareness and marketing positioning.
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, oral and written is a must
BSs/MSc in Business, Marketing, Communications or any other relevant field
4 years of professional experience in the Forex (or Fin-Tech or Online Industry) is a must
3 years of experience in Managerial position is a must
Solid experience in all marketing practices, from market research and SEO to plan execution
Solid knowledge and understanding of different web tools and marketing software
Experience in Google AdWords or Facebook Ads or Mobile Marketing or any other paid advertising mediums
Excellent analytical, planning, organizing and time-management skills
Result oriented, confident enthusiast and dynamic personality
Creative and innovative thinker but also a multitasker
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication and leadership skills
The working hours: 09:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. (Flexible)
