Job Overview

Currently looking for Finnish and Danish speakers to join the team in a a leading iGaming business in Limassol.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Communicating with company’s clients and assist them with their enquiries via Email, Telephone Calls and Chat
  • Communicate in a polite and professional manner
  • Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Candidate Profile
  • Native/Fluent in verbal and written in one of the following Finnish / Danish is a must with min. B2 English
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical / Synthesis capability, organized, client oriented
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Base salary + monthly performance bonus
  • Contribution towards rent per month (net)
