Back-Office Specialist (4657)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, one of Europe’s largest and most successful VC Funds with headquarters in Germany, we are seeking to recruit a Back-Office Specialist to join their newly established Cyprus operations in Limassol. The successful applicant will have approximately 4+ years of experience in a similar capacity and speak an excellent level of fluent Greek and English.
- Making payments and updating the information on payments in accounting software (Xero).
- Communication with the administrators, investors, portfolio companies, banks on all matters related to payments.
- Signing of different operational documents internally and with external counterparties.
- Providing data for financial and management accounting.
- Any other relevant duties as required by Management.
- Educated to degree level in Finance, Law, Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar capacity is a must, ideally within a VC (Venture Capital or Investment Firm).
- Fluent English and Greek (Written & Spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eye for detail, able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office tools.
