CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Back-Office Executive to join their team of professionals. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, possess outstanding communications skills in English and any knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered a significant advantage.


Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating KYC procedures.
  • Monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals in the CRM.
  • Coordinating with the AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting and Sales Departments for back-office and payments related tasks.
  • Liaising with banks.
  • Support related to banking transactions.
  • Prepare reports for the Head of the Department.
Key Skills/Experience:
  • Educated to degree level in Law, Economics, Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant position.
  • Fluent in English is a must (Written & Spoken).
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mind & hard-working attitude.
  • Ability to maintain discretion when working with confidential information.
