Back-Office Executive (4736)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Back-Office Executive to join their team of professionals. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, possess outstanding communications skills in English and any knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered a significant advantage.
- Coordinating KYC procedures.
- Monitoring clients’ deposits and withdrawals in the CRM.
- Coordinating with the AML, Compliance, Customer Support, Accounting and Sales Departments for back-office and payments related tasks.
- Liaising with banks.
- Support related to banking transactions.
- Prepare reports for the Head of the Department.
- Educated to degree level in Law, Economics, Finance or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant position.
- Fluent in English is a must (Written & Spoken).
- Knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered a significant advantage.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind & hard-working attitude.
- Ability to maintain discretion when working with confidential information.
