Job Overview

Our client, a CYSEC Regulated German Investment Firm located in Limassol, is looking to hire a Junior Back Office Administrator Funding Department.

Job Description:
Processing all types of transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers and promotions/bonuses in liaison with Company’s regulations and policies.
Dealing with review of transactions and applying anti-fraud measures into incoming and outgoing transactions.
Dealing with charge-backs and retrievals according to the Company’s procedures and policies.
Responding to client requests and inquiries related to their funding activity via email.
Ensuring compliance with the company’s anti money laundering procedure.
Process applications for the opening of new clients’ accounts into the Company’s software.
Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and updated in the Company’s software.
Respond to any emails received from clients regarding queries on account opening processes.
Follow the company’s KYC procedure for all potential and existing clients.
Conducting on-going monitoring for high risk clients.
Ensuring compliance with the Company’s anti money laundering procedures.
Assisting internally all departments with any issues related to account opening procedure.

Requirements
University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Basic or advanced Cysec examination will be considered an advantage.
Business fluency in the English language.
Second language : German, Italian, French or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to work in shifts when needed.

Salary Range: 1400-1600 k gross per month -based on candidate’s experience and skill
