A well-established Payment Solutions Provider (PSP) with a dynamic and modern environment are working with GRS to recruit an Account Manager in Limassol. The successful candidate will have strong client management skills and have 2 to 3 years’ experience in a client facing role, for example customer service, sales or account management in an IT or Fintech environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide clients with ongoing training and technical support
  • Maintain frequent communication with your portfolio of clients to understand their needs and goals
  • Be the primary contact for key accounts and display exceptional customer support skills
  • Analyse client issues and escalate them to relevant departments
  • Resolve basic questions and be determined to solve issues in a timely manner

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Willing to work 9am – 6pm however the ability to work 12am – 9pm is advantageous
  • Strong experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent English
  • Strong Client Relationship skills
  • Educated to degree level in a business field
