Job Overview

Our client is an International Fintech company who develops software for the fintech industry, provides licenses and offers follow up technical support and they are looking for a 2nd Level Support Specialist for Infrastructure to join their Cyprus office based in Limassol.

Requirements:
English language (Intermediate or above)
Previous experience at IT Service Desk as an advantage
Ability to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user levels
Linux OS experience
System administration experience
Experience with Docker
Being proactive in delivering high-quality customer service
Experience with Zoho.

Responsibilities
Solve and handle incoming tickets in the second level of Service desk
Execute requests assigned to second level of support
Review and update Service Desk knowledge-base regarding processes and procedures
Support for other service desk levels during live time of incident.
Monitoring of SLA compliance within the department
Script execution
